Murchison Treehouse Lodge.

Murchison Treehouse Lodge is an Eco-friendly accommodation; along the southern banks of the River Nile near the Murchison falls national park. Since the lodge is adjacent to the River Nile and Murchison falls park; it offers an excellent opportunity for guests to view aquatic creatures like hippos and birds.

Murchison Treehouse Lodge also offers some accommodations depending on the interest of the guest.  The accommodations range from tree house to campsites. All the rooms have private verandas with views of the park and River Nile.

Treehouses

These are built high in the old riverine trees by the shores of the River Nile; offering magnificent views of the river Nile and the palm-dotted savanna grasslands of Murchison fall national park. The tree houses are also spacious offering the opportunity to have a peaceful retreat in the wild. Each tree house has a double bed, wardrobe, open-air shower rising from tree branches, toilet and a private veranda overlooking the Nile.

Cottages

The grass thatched canvas cottages are in the hidden areas to blend with the savanna grasslands. Therefore, each cottage has en-suite showers and toilet, with twin bed, table.

Bandas and safari tents

These offer an exciting wilderness experience in the forested area. The location of the safari tents, therefore, ensures privacy and tranquility in the forests. Each safari tent has twin beds, solar lighting with safari chairs outside. The shower and toilet are out.

Campsite

The campsite is also in a spacious campground in the wide forest area offering a wilderness experience in the Murchison Falls. The old fig trees provide cooling shade in the quiet campsite. The campsite, however, has solar energy, clean water, clean toilets, and showers with campfires lit in the nights.

The main area of the Murchison Treehouse Lodge comprises of the restaurant that serves African buffet meal. The bar also offers a range of alcoholic drinks while the lounge provides a magnificent view of the sunset over the Nile.
